Event Project Management Software from eventplanner.net Now Even More Powerful

Since the launch of our event software this year, we regularly release new features that make our tools even better. Today our project management software 'Checklists' receives an important update. You can get started right away!

Create to-do lists for your team, assign tasks and clearly track the progress of tasks. You did that easily with 'Checklists'. From now on you can also share additional information with your team members, give a status update, ask questions and share files linked to the task!

Write comments

From your 'kanban' board, as the project methodology is called, where you visualize tasks in columns and follow them in priority, you can now click through to a detail page of the task. You do this by clicking on the title. Write your comments on the task to share additional information or facilitate conversation between team members.

Upload & share files

From now on you can also upload and share documents with your team. With each comment you have the option to upload and share 1 or more files.

New 'reply' permissions

Checklist now has a new level of usage rights. You can find it in 'user management'. In addition to 'no access', 'read' and 'manage', we now add 'respond'. It will be placed between 'read' and 'manage'. Someone with 'reply' rights can post comments on a task, but cannot edit the tasks themselves or edit or delete comments from others. Someone with 'edit' rights can do that.

Test the new functionalities right away and let us know what you think! We are available via chat on our site! Not using our free event software yet? Now is the time to create your account!
