Music Meeting Lounge is the first meeting location in the Netherlands to equip its space with a patented air purification system. Fear of poor ventilation
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, the meeting market has been severely affected by a continuous stream of cancellations, resulting in (too) low occupancy. The solution
The major culprits in spreading the virus are aerosols. These tiny droplets float in the air for a long time and if not properly ventilated, they can circulate for hours. Aerosols evaporate with good ventilation, such as opening windows against each other. “Because not everyone likes this, especially in bad weather conditions, we opted for ionization via a sterionizer. This technique ensures that ions attach themselves to contaminants such as viruses, which are then made harmless. Thanks to this smart system, the Aura Smart Air, people can meet safely and carefree with us ”, says Jennifer Lam, location manager of Music Meeting Lounge.

In addition to the strict measures already taken with the purchase of the Aura Smart Air, Music Meeting Lounge is taking another important step in the right direction to offer its customers an unforgettable but also safe meeting environment. Since its opening (January 2018), the location has achieved a very high occupancy rate due to its unique and distinctive concept and in 2019 won the Province Award for the best small-scale meeting location. Angst voor slechte ventilatie

De oplossing
Grote boosdoeners bij het verspreiden van het virus zijn aerosolen. Deze minuscule druppeltjes blijven lang zweven in de lucht en als er niet goed geventileerd wordt dan kunnen ze urenlang circuleren. Aerosolen vervliegen bij goede ventilatie zoals het tegen elkaar openzetten van ramen. “Omdat niet iedereen, en zeker bij slechte weersomstandigheden, dit prettig vindt hebben wij gekozen voor ionisatie via een sterionizer. Deze techniek zorgt ervoor dat ionen zich vasthechten aan vuile stoffen zoals virussen die vervolgens onschadelijk gemaakt worden. Dankzij dit slimme systeem, de Aura Smart Air, kan men bij ons veilig en zorgeloos samenkomen”, aldus Jennifer Lam, locatiemanager van Music Meeting Lounge.

Music Meeting Lounge zet naast al eerder genomen strenge maatregelen met de aanschaf van de Aura Smart Air, weer een belangrijke stap in de juiste richting om haar klanten een onvergetelijke maar ook veilige vergaderomgeving te bieden.
