Head of Production

VideoCrew has been the video partner for agencies, governments and companies for 15 years. We are looking for a Head of Production. Someone who can manage our team of creative geniuses on a daily basis and also act as the first point of contact for existing and new clients. Job description:

We expect you to combine a young and creative mindset with a hands-on solution-oriented approach to organization.

You are the first point of contact for colleagues and (potential) customers.

• You motivate and inspire your team with your positive leadership skills.
• You quickly prepare quotes and convince customers with enthusiasm of our offer.
• You don't have a 9-to-5 mentality and can handle busy periods well.
• You have a commercial feeling and a genuine interest in our customers and partners, such as Karel de Grote Hogeschool, City of Antwerp, Province of Antwerp, VRT, Balthazar Events, Stadsbader...
• You can make decisions and cut knots.
• You manage the daily administrative and financial matters with precision.
• You are socially and communicatively strong - by telephone and verbally.
• You can draw up a project plan and brief it to the crew.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in the audiovisual sector and you feel completely at home in the world of creativity and images.
