We kozen voor deze locatie om er onze maandelijkse staff meeting te houden, nadien fijn te lunchen ter plekke en een rondleiding te krijgen in het Maritiem Onderzoekscentrum. Safety Meeting Vestas BRS/NW2 10 & 24/05

Just like last year, we were again well received! We rented the Mercator meeting room for 2 afternoons and ate at the food truck in front of the building entrance. Tables were provided where we could eat standing up. In the meeting room we received refreshments in the form of fruit juice, water, biscuits and we used the coffee machine. The room was divided in theater style and equipped with 2 projection screens/beamers and good acoustics. Communication before and during the event was perfect. Thank you to Eveline and Tuur for taking good care of us!

Net zoals vorig jaar werden we weer goed ontvangen! We huurden de Mercator vergaderzaal voor 2 namiddagen en aten 's middags aan de foodtruck voor de ingang van het gebouw. Er werden tafeltjes voorzien waar we rechtstaand konden aan eten. In de vergaderzaal kregen we versnaperingen in de vorm van fruitsap, water, koekjes en maakten we gebruik van de koffiemachine. De zaal werd opgedeeld in theaterstijl en voorzien van 2 projectieschermen/beamers en een goede akoestiek. Communicatie voor en tijdens het event verliep perfect. Dank je aan Eveline en Tuur voor de goede zorgen!

Good location and good reception

We were very satisfied with the layout of the small rooms, as well as the large meeting room. With the 3 projection screens, everyone could follow the meeting in front of a large VME.
Beautiful large halls with excellent guidance where necessary. So everything went well. More than enough parking spaces are also available.

We waren zeer tevreden over het opmaak van de kleine zalen, alsook de grote vergaderzaal. Met de 3 projectieschermen kon iedereen de vergadering voor een grote VME goed volgen.
Mooie grote zalen met prima begeleiding waar nodig. Alles is dus goed verlopen. Ook meer dan voldoende parkeerplaatsen aanwezig.

A customer event organized in Bluebridge in Ostend. Communication went very smoothly during both the preparation and the event itself. Everything went smoothly in the well-equipped meeting rooms, including the catering! Recommended!

Good and location and very good event planning

We used the Mercator room for an partner meeting as well as an international research conference. Sufficient rooms are available, lots of light and good acoustics. Smooth service, good care and flexibility. We were also able to carry out a technology test in advance, which helped us a lot when planning our conference. At the beginning of our international research conference there were a few technical problems, but these were quickly solved by the responsible technicians.

We used the Mercator room for our inspiration day with managers.
Sufficient facilities are available, lots of light and good acoustics.
We called on the catering and we are also very satisfied with this.

Project final conference - bright and spacious location!

Bluebridge was picked as the ideal location for the final event of an EU project. More than 70 people attended and were all pleased with the setup, catering, IT technicalities, and staff! The whole event ran smoothly with no hiccups. Highly recommended.

Super IT facilities and superior catering!

A meeting without hassle with screens and microphones - despite all the progress in IT, it is still a rarity. However, it was the case with Bluebridge: it ran completely flawlessly!
Moreover, the catering was delicious! A detail that gives that little extra cachet to the meeting.

Beautiful, suitable location, good event planning

We chose Bluebridge as the location for a seminar for executives.
The event location was beautifully and appropriately organized for this study afternoon. The speakers offered had good, appropriate topics that were relevant to our target audience.
The requested afternoon was well organized and followed up by the person in charge. The (external) catering was rather expensive for what was offered, but qualitatively.

We kozen voor een studienamiddag aan leidinggevenden voor Bluebridge als locatie.
De eventlocatie was mooi en passend georganiseerd voor deze studienamiddag. De sprekers die aangeboden werden hadden goede, passende topics die relevant waren voor ons doelpubliek.
De gevraagde middag werd goed samengebracht en opgevolgd door de verantwoordelijke. De (externe) catering was eerder duur voor wat werd geboden, doch wel kwalitatief.

On 9-10 March 2020, the China Platform of Ghent University organized a Bilateral Workshop i.c.w. National Sun Yat-sen University, one of the partner institutions of Ghent University in Taiwan. One of the workshops - the workshop on Marine Engineering and Technology - took place in Bluebridge. This location is very suitable for organizing workshops and receptions for (foreign) delegations: the employees provided a warm welcome and a very efficient organization, there is more than enough space for parking, the conference rooms are well equipped and the catering went well very smoothly. In short, Bluebridge is definitely recommended for organizing events.

Op 9-10 maart 2020 organiseerde het China Platform van de UGent een Bilateral Workshop i.s.m. National Sun Yat-sen University, één van partnerinstellingen van de UGent in Taiwan. Eén van de workshops – de workshop on Marine Engineering and Technology - vond plaats in Bluebridge. Deze locatie is heel geschikt voor het organiseren van workshops en ontvangsten van (buitenlandse) delegaties: de medewerkers zorgden voor een warm onthaal en een zeer efficiënte organisatie, er is meer dan voldoende ruimte om te parkeren, de conferentieruimtes zijn goed uitgerust en de catering verliep heel vlot. Kortom Bluebridge is zeker een aanrader voor het organiseren van evenementen.

Very good location and excellent support from the staff

Several times we have organized events here, both for smaller groups and for larger groups (about 150 people). We always received excellent support from the staff, both before and during the event. They are happy to think along and give suggestions without obligation to improve our event. Our experience with local catering is also very useful, so that we were able to find a tailor-made solution with quality. We will certainly return and satisfied!
