Perfect organization and impeccable service

We would like to thank you for the opportunity to organize our event at Kinepolis.
I am delighted to share a review, especially since everything went perfectly. The schedule was respected as expected, which greatly facilitated our organization. I would also like to express my gratitude to Cynthia Delvaux for the time she devoted to us and her attentive follow-up. A big thank you also to the team on site, who were able to respond efficiently and kindly to our last-minute needs. Finally, a special mention for the catering service: the presentation, the quality of the buffet and the professionalism of the staff were impeccable.
Thanks again to the entire Kinepolis team for this great experience. We hope to have the opportunity to collaborate again very soon!

Saint Nicholas John Cockerill morning successful!

Our event went very well, the Disney magic and that of the great Saint worked well and the children of the staff were delighted and left with stars in their eyes. Julien and Cinthia helped us to succeed in this family event that we never tire of. Well-oiled organization and attentive staff.

We organized a “Family Event” at the Kinépolis in Liège and everything went very well. Special mention for the games made available for children, it was great for keeping them occupied before the film screening. A successful product launch

We previewed the launch of our new 100% Electric Ford Explorer at the Kinepolis in Liège on December 1st and had very little time left to organize the event.
Everything was handled in a very professional manner, from the welcome to the catering including the availability of the entire Kinépolis de Liège team!

This Sunday was a first for Patria to organize Saint Nicholas Day for staff children with Kinepolis and it was a success. Good organization, well-established logistics and presence of Saint Nicholas. We all really enjoyed it.

We already organised several film premieres with a reception at Kinepolis Liège and each time they were very successful. 
We could count on very professional support from the B2B manager and onsite staff, with a smile on top. 
I recommend this location to everyone!

Organization of a film-debate

We have reserved a 175-seat room at the Kinepolis de Rocourt in order to organize a film-debate there. We were very well supported by Cynthia upstream of the project, then by the team on site the same day. We benefited from a desk to welcome our guests, sound equipment for the animation of the debate, a table to install our brochures, tools, books etc. The projectionist was very friendly; he was available by walkie-talkie. Thanks to the whole team.

Nous avons réservé une salle de 175 places au Kinepolis de Rocourt afin d'y organiser un ciné-débat. Nous avons été très bien accompagnés par Cynthia en amont du projet, puis par l'équipe sur place le jour-même. Nous avons bénéficié d'un desk pour accueillir nos invités, du matériel sono pour l'animation du débat, d'une table pour y installer nos brochures, outils, livres etc. Le projectionniste était très sympathique; il était disponible par talkie walkie. Merci à toute l'équipe.

A safe and professional event venue

We have been organizing events at Kinepolis de Liège twice a year for several years now. We rent a cinema room as well as the Mezzanine space. We have never been disappointed with the services offered. The Kinepolis team makes every effort to meet our expectations and adapts easily. The rented spaces are clean, spacious and the mezzanine space is very flexible. Kinepolis Liège is very easily accessible from the motorway and parking is easy and practical.
