Unsurprisingly, a successful event
We organized a “Family Event” at the Kinépolis in Liège and everything went very well. Special mention for the games made available for children, it was great for keeping them occupied before the film screening. Thank you to the team at large, available from the preparation of the event to D-Day, on site.
A successful product launch
We previewed the launch of our new 100% Electric Ford Explorer at the Kinepolis in Liège on December 1st and had very little time left to organize the event.

This Sunday was a first for Patria to organize Saint Nicholas Day for staff children with Kinepolis and it was a success. Good organization, well-established logistics and presence of Saint Nicholas. We all really enjoyed it.

Organization of a film-debate
We have reserved a 175-seat room at the Kinepolis de Rocourt in order to organize a film-debate there. We were very well supported by Cynthia upstream of the project, then by the team on site the same day. We benefited from a desk to welcome our guests, sound equipment for the animation of the debate, a table to install our brochures, tools, books etc. The projectionist was very friendly; he was available by walkie-talkie. Thanks to the whole team.
Very good B2B experience
We have been collaborating with the Kinépolis de Liège for several years in the context of the organization of professional events for our company, everything is always very well orchestrated, the rooms have all the necessary technical means, the "reception" part is also well organized, and the staff of Kinépolis is at our disposal throughout the setting up of our event, until the very day. I recommend without hesitation!

We organized a meeting and lunch for 200 people in May 2024 at the Kinepolis in Liège with the help of Cynthia and her team. Good organization, very professional. Thanks also to the staff! We will not hesitate to come back.
