Professional service and a perfect process

We organized a two-day business event for around 300 guests at BluePoint and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our initial contact with Julie to the final practical details, everything went exceptionally smoothly.
The team actively contributed ideas, were attentive to detail, and responded quickly to questions or last-minute changes. The welcome was warm and professional, making both our colleagues and guests feel immediately welcome.
The rooms themselves are modern, flexible, and equipped with high-quality audiovisual equipment—ideal for presentations, workshops, or networking opportunities. The catering was also excellent and perfectly timed.
In short, a very successful collaboration at a venue where professionalism and hospitality go hand in hand. We will definitely be back for future events!

Wij organiseerden een business event van 2 dagen voor 300-tal gasten bij BluePoint en konden ons geen betere ervaring wensen. Vanaf de eerste contacten met Julie tot de laatste praktische afhandeling verliep alles uitzonderlijk vlot.
Het team dacht actief mee, was opmerkzaam voor detail en speelde snel in op vragen of last-minute aanpassingen. De ontvangst was warm en professioneel, waardoor zowel onze collega’s als onze gasten zich meteen welkom voelden.
De ruimtes zelf zijn modern, flexibel inzetbaar en uitgerust met kwalitatieve audiovisuele voorzieningen — ideaal voor presentaties, workshops of netwerkmomenten. Ook de catering was erg verzorgd en perfect getimed.

Coffee table

BluePoint organized a coffee table (reception after the ceremony) for us during the end-of-year festivities. In a very short period of time they contributed to a very nice farewell. Very quick and solution-oriented thinking was given when it turned out that the number of attendees was higher than anticipated. This reception was perfectly organized down to the smallest detail.

Great Venue & Lovely Staff

We recently used the BluePoint venue in Antwerp for a community based, regional event, that brings together mapmakers from all over the world. It was a very nice experience for us to work with BluePoint and their lead point of contact Julie. We felt that the venue provided the necessary facilities, innovative areas for in-event branding, and plenty of space to host our program which was comprised of more than 100 sessions throughout 2.5 days. The staff at BluePoint was professional, quick to respond, and proactive in their approach. It was really a pleasure to work with them on this event and we felt it was a great value for money. We appreciate the extra effort they put in to help make our event such a success. Thank you to BluePoint and all of the staff who supported this event!

Successful first edition thanks to Bluepoint

We chose Bluepoint as the location for the organization of the very first Contract Management Day in Belgium. Very nice and modern layout, tasty snacks and sufficient support throughout the day. BluePoint Antwerp is a beautiful and attractive location that gives a professional look to your event. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have received a lot of positive reactions about the location and the catering (completely vegetarian). I can certainly recommend BluePoint if you want to organize a sustainable event. They actively focus on energy saving, water saving, ecological cleaning, sustainable food, etc. and have also obtained the Green Key sustainability label for this. This is communicated in various places in the building, so that is certainly an added value of this location.

Hier wordt op verschillende plekken in het gebouw over gecommuniceerd, dus dat is zeker een meerwaarde van deze locatie.

Successful jubilee celebration

With our organization we called on BluePoint for our jubilee celebration, where employees who have been employed for X number of years are honored in the presence of their manager(s). Everything was neatly taken care of: the room was nicely decorated, the snacks were very tasty, smooth and friendly service and the photo booth was also a hit. Because most of our employees come from Antwerp, the location of the room was also ideal. Our attendees loved it!

Communication in the preparation for the event also went very smoothly. We'll be happy to come back!

Google Cloud NEXT Benelux, November 2022

As 2Bcome Events, we were allowed to organize a 3-day event in Antwerp last week for Google Cloud Next Benelux 2022. We chose Bluepoint because of the large number of rooms Bluepoint has and the ideal location.

We started without an extra construction day, so a construction at night with lots of decor and beautiful trees from Faek & Classic Design & technique from Blue Moon, also all 3 top companies J. When we arrived, the Bluepoint team had all the 'hardware' for the catering bars/buffets/furniture are already in the right places, so that we were ready in time for the reception of the guests. That was fantastic and we created 3 beautiful event days together. Partly thanks to the flexible, professional and transparent attitude of the Bluepoint team, everything was ready on time, the Food & Beverage was perfect and everyone was 'engard' during the event days to offer solutions and where necessary to participate in the intensive program. A really good team with an eye for every detail. We have experienced it as a super nice collaboration and the result is impressive! Thank you especially Julie Mirzabekian! & Abel, Eline, Liesbeth, Laure & Danny ! Thank you ! Hopefully see you next time!

We mochten als 2Bcome Events, vorige week voor Google Cloud Next Benelux 2022, een 3 -daags event organiseren in Antwerpen. We hebben voor Bluepoint gekozen vanwege het grote aantal zalen waarover Bluepoint beschikt en de ideale ligging.

We zijn gestart zonder een extra opbouwdag, dus een opbouw in de nacht met veel decor en fraaie bomen van Faek & Classic Design & techniek van Blue Moon, ook alle 3 topbedrijven J. Toen wij aankwamen had het team van Bluepoint alle ‘hardware’ voor de catering bars/buffetten/meubilair al op de juiste plekken klaar staan, zodat we ruim op tijd klaar waren voor de ontvangst van de gasten. Dat was fantastisch en we hebben met elkaar 3 mooie event dagen gecreëerd. Mede dankzij de flexibele, professionele en transparante houding van het Bluepoint team stond alles op tijd klaar, was de Food & Beverage perfect en was iedereen ‘engard’ ook tijdens de event dagen om oplossingen te bieden en daar waar nodig mee te werken aan het intensieve programma. Werkelijk een goed team met oog voor ieder detail. We hebben het ervaren als super fijne samenwerking en het resultaat mag er zijn ! Wedding party November 19, 2022

On November 19, 22 we celebrated our wedding (130p) in the rooms of Bluepoint and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room (lighting, seating arrangement and heating, facilities) and above all the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The restoration (dinner and evening party) was exquisite and the service prompt and flawless. Danny and Liesbeth managed everything well into the early hours. We had of course already made our choice based on the excellent location, parking options and beautiful rooms. The excellent coordination by Jona Van Noten has given everything even more shine. All guests of the party give only positive feedback. Thank you for making this party a success.

Op 19 nov 22 vierden wij onze trouw (130p) in de zalen van Bluepoint en werden aangenaam verrast door de kwaliteit van de zaal (verlichting, de tafelschikking en de verwarming, faciliteiten) en bovenal de vriendelijkheid en attentie van het personeel. De restauratie (diner en avondfeest) was voortreffelijk en de bediening snel en vlekkeloos. Danny en Liesbeth hebben alles in goede banen geleid tot in de vroege uurtjes. We hadden onze keuze natuurlijk al gemaakt op basis van de uitstekende ligging, parkeermogelijkheid en mooie zalen. De uitstekende coördinatie door Jona Van Noten heeft alles nog meer glans gegeven. Alle gasten van het feest geven enkel positieve feed back. Bedankt om dit feest mee te doen slagen.

Fine cooperation

For the organization of a Summer BBQ we ended up at Blue Point Antwerp. Thanks to the smooth, open and transparent communication, we thought along with our application and ultimately opted for the roof terrace. The weather gods were kind to us, making it a really fun event. The Green Egg grill master experience is an absolute must if you want to offer your guests an unforgettable BBQ experience.
We are already looking forward to the next event at this location.

Voor de organisatie van een Summer BBQ kwamen we uit bij Blue Point Antwerpen. Dankzij de vlotte, open en transparante communicatie werd er met onze aanvraag meegedacht en uiteindelijk gekozen voor het dakterras. De weergoden waren ons goedgezind, waardoor het een heel leuk evenement werd. De Green Egg grillmaster ervaring is een absolute aanrader wanneer je je gasten een onvergetelijke BBQ ervaring wilt aanbieden.
Wij kijken alvast uit naar een volgend event op deze locatie.

Our wedding party at Bluepoint was a great success!

On Saturday 21 May 2022 we had our wedding party in Bluepoint. Our search for a wedding hall took several weeks, but we eventually chose the modern location Bluepoint. This was largely thanks to our contact person Jonah. She made us feel good from the first moment. Her enthusiasm and willingness remained throughout the preparation of one and a half years.

We had our aperitif and dinner on the beautiful roof terrace, the reception in the Bridge & Bar followed by the dance party in the James Cook room with adjacent terrace. All rooms are equipped with the latest technical gadgets (a gigantic LED screen on which our names came up, for example) and have good lighting and modern materials.

The catering was also top notch! (We were allowed to taste all of this beforehand.) Dinner consisted of four delicious courses served by a friendly and professional team.

Communication with Jona was always very smooth. Our questions or comments were answered quickly and a good solution was always sought. We cannot emphasize enough how important this has been to us. Also on the day itself, Jonah walked around with a big smile to make sure everything went smoothly. Our wedding went off without a hitch, we are very satisfied!

Op zaterdag 21 mei 2022 gaven we ons trouwfeest in Bluepoint. Onze zoektocht naar een trouwzaal duurde enkele weken maar wij kozen uiteindelijk voor de moderne locatie Bluepoint. Dit was grotendeels te danken aan onze contactpersoon Jona. Zij gaf ons vanaf het eerste moment een goed gevoel. Haar enthousiasme en bereidwilligheid is dan ook de hele voorbereiding van anderhalf jaar lang gebleven.

Ons aperitief en avondmaal namen we op het prachtige dakterras, de receptie in de Brug & Bar met vervolgens het dansfeest in zaal James Cook met aanpalend terras. Alle zalen zijn uitgerust met de nieuwste technische snufjes (een gigantisch ledscherm waar onze namen op kwamen bv.) en beschikken over goede belichting en moderne materialen.

De catering was ook top! (We mochten dit dan ook vooraf allemaal komen proeven.) Het diner bestond uit vier overhe operlijke gangen dat door een vriendelijk en professioneel team geserveerd werd.

De communicatie met Jona verliep altijd zeer vlot. Onze vragen of opmerkingen werden snel beantwoord en er werd steeds naar een goede oplossing gezocht. Wij kunnen niet genoeg benadrukken hoe belangrijk dit voor ons geweest is. Ook op de dag zelf liep Jona er met een grote glimlach rond om alles in goed banen te leiden. Onze trouw verliep vlekkeloos, wij zijn ontzettend tevreden!

It was not easy, and admittedly, something went wrong on day 1 of our livestreaming event. The tight budget, exceptionally varied audience and the short preparation time certainly had something to do with this. However, Bluepoint has been extremely flexible, thought in terms of solutions and that translated into day 2 that already ran much smoother. As a one stop shop, she provided us with pre-recorded content, live interpreters, catering and gifts delivered to our home (njam!), A webpage that tied the whole together and excellent follow-up. We learned a lot together!

Zelf ervaarde ik BluePoint als een toplokatie met tal van state of the art mogelijkheden. Via de genodigden op ons event kregen we een vergelijkbare feedback. A successful professional evening for a leisure network for women

A while ago, as regional manager of the Markant network, I was given a tour of BluePoint Antwerp. Bluepoint was the ideal location for a volunteer academy on nonviolent communication.
Centrally located in our region, near Berchem station, lots of parking space and a stylish location. The session was ideal in Sacagawea room and De Brug was fun to network with the volunteers before and after. Communication before and after also went smoothly. For us, the bottles of water were a nice surprise in the room and this provided a short, refreshing break. In the future, a more sustainable alternative would be advisable as more and more people are interested in this.

Thank you to the BluePoint Antwerp team and the next booking is almost planned.

Een tijdje terug kreeg ik als regiomanager van het netwerk Markant vzw een rondleiding in BluePoint Antwerpen. Voor een vrijwilligersacademie rond geweldloos communiceren was Bluepoint de ideale locatie.
Centraal gelegen in onze regio, nabij Berchem station, veel parkeergelegenheid en een stijlvolle locatie. De sessie was ideaal in zaal Sacagawea en de Brug was gezellig om ervoor en erna te netwerken met de vrijwilligers. De communicatie vooraf en nadien is ook vlot verlopen. Voor ons waren de flesjes water een leuke verrassing in de zaal en dit zorgde voor een korte, verfrissende pauze. In de toekomst zou een duurzamer alternatief wel aan te raden zijn gezien meer en meer personen hier toch oog voor hebben.

Clear, cooperative and flexible

In collaboration with BluePoint I organized a public event and workshop. During the preparatory process and quotation phase, it was always clear what the options were, and how the demand could be met. The BluePoint team was extremely flexible and succeeded in converting this into a very clear quotation. The location itself is fine as it is just outside the city, very quiet and green environment. This makes it a little bit more difficult to get there by public transport, but as long as everyone is aware of the possibilities, that was not really a problem.

Tijdens het voorbereidende traject en offertefase was het steeds duidelijk wat de mogelijkheden waren, en op welke manier er invulling gegeven kon worden aan de vraag. Het BluePoint team stelde zich enorm flexibel op, en sloeg er in dit in een zeer heldere offerte om te zetten. De locatie zelf is prima omdat het net buiten de stad ligt, zeer rustig en groene omgeving. Hierdoor is het een klein beetje moeilijker om er met het openbaar vervoer te geraken, maar zo lang iedereen op de hoogte is van de mogelijkheden vormde dat eigenlijk geen probleem.

New Year's reception at BluePoint

Perfect location with beautiful accommodations for meetings and events for both small and large groups, with ample outdoor and underground parking. The entrance hall looks inviting and the reception with the authorized persons, in this case Mrs. Vanessa Weymans, was very pleasant and reassuring with an eye for details, a true help in organizing the New Year's reception for +/- 200 people in the modern comfortable modular rooms. No effort was too much and the follow-up before, during and after the event deserves all credit. The catering could possibly be a little better, although this depends on the order. The catering services were excellent, and with very friendly staff it becomes a party. In short: a 5-star address!
