Another successful event with the help of Kinepolis and Kaat!
For our event it has become an annual habit to choose Kinepolis Antwerp. The large halls and accompanying large screen are ideal for us to pass on the necessary information to our large group of guests via the speakers and their presentations in our sessions throughout the day. In addition, the Loft is the ideal base during the breaks for networking and for the necessary snacks and drinks. And finally, the spacious parking is a huge plus. We still notice that this lowers the threshold for our guests to come. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail!
A Flawless Premiere thanks to Kinepolis Antwerp & Kaat

Premiere of short film Eureka by Fabrique Fantastique
As a Belgian animation studio, we work on beautiful projects with international partners for years. At the end of the production, this intense period can end in a black hole. The production of the short film Eureka was therefore concluded phenomenally with the premiere in Kinepolis Antwerp.
Crew, investors and family were able to come together to celebrate this production and once again put all this talent in the spotlight.

Great location in Antwerp to hold a stock sale. Parking in front of the door & easily accessible by public transport.
Service on site during the sale was top. There was always someone there to help us immediately and also always offered help spontaneously.

Great guidance when setting up a corporate event
As a company, you might not immediately think of Kinepolis Antwerp to organize a B2B event? And in fact, everything is here to make it a successful corporate event: a great location, comfortable seats and (of course) a large projection screen. But what surprised me most is the guidance from A to Z from the B2B Account Manager, Nicholas De Potter, from the beginning (the idea) to the day of the event itself. I had never seen that kind of care anywhere before.
Professional collaboration
I am very satisfied with the collaboration. Our contact person Nicholas and his team took care of us completely. We organized an event for more than 200 SMEs. During the organization we had regular contact with Nicholas, who actively thought about the possibilities in terms of rooms, technology, decoration, catering, etc. He was also sufficiently present during the event to professionally handle unforeseen situations, ensuring that the event ran smoothly.
In short, a pleasant collaboration that is certainly worth repeating.

After many years of working together, Kinepolis Event Center remains our favorite and permanent location in Antwerp. The combination of the comfortable cinema rooms, the Hollywood hall and the Seminar Center makes it the perfect location for our annual conferences. Moreover, we always enjoy the excellent service where no question is too much. Absolutely recommended!

The beautiful renovated hall always offers us all the possibilities we have in mind. And the people of Kinepolis Business think along for solutions that are not standard. And then we are not even talking about the many parking spaces, the easy accessibility or the fact that the name "Kinepolis" is already known to a number of people ;)

De mooie vernieuwde zaal biedt ons steeds alle mogelijkheden die we voor ogen hebben. En de mensen van Kinepolis Business denken mee voor oplossingen die niet standaard voorzien zijn. En dan spreken we nog niet over de vele parkeerplaatsen, de vlotte bereikbaarheid of het feit dat de naam "Kinepolis" toch reeds gekend is bij een aantal mensen ;)
