Top Service!
As a service checks company, we attach great importance to creating a warm and familiar family atmosphere within our company. We were very pleased that Kinepolis immediately embraced our vision and offered us the opportunity to screen a family film. Although some employees at Azulea Cleaning were already familiar with “Mrs. Doubtfire”, everyone was very excited to experience this film on the big screen. We would therefore like to thank Kinepolis very much for the excellent care and hospitality during our event.👌

Gala of the Golden Obi 2023
Collaborated for the first time for our federal gala for Ju-Jutsu. From our side it was a great experience with excellent service from the Kinepolis people. Together with good communication, we were able to work out everything down to the last detail with the events coordinator and catering. The course of events in the "Stars Lounge" went very smoothly with an excellent quality of the materials present. All our guests have gone home with a smile on their face. From the Flemish Ju-Jitsu Federation vzw we thank Amber and Thomas for their excellent cooperation.
Great experience from the beginning till the end!
This was the second time we hosted a Movie Night at Kinepolis Antwerp, and once again, it was a great experience. Hosting more than 150 people can be quite a challenge, but the team at Kinepolis and our catering partner made sure everything was arranged upon arrival. First, guests were invited to join the reception with food and drinks in the Stars Lounge, and later they could take a seat in the theater room where we had one of the movie packages with popcorn, soft drinks, and M&Ms. Everyone left with a smile on their faces, and since the event, we've received great feedback from guests attending. Thanks Kinepolis Antwerp, Nicholas, and Yassine!
Movie night for charity.
On December 13, we organized an avant-premiere of the film De Acht Bergen in the cinemas of Kinepolis Antwerp. This movie was very much appreciated by the audience. The organization of Kinepolis ran smoothly. All prior agreements were correctly fulfilled. It was a success across the board. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Kinepolis and its wonderful employees for the pleasant and professional collaboration. After this excellent experience, we will certainly repeat such organizations.
The only place we will do our event
We host our yearly 1800+ attendee conference in Kinepolis Antwerp. It's by far the best venue for a high-standard event that attracts people from all over the world. Staff is always ready to help and capable of handling this size of events. Technology-wise we can't have better audio and video than this.

Kinepolis Event Center Antwerp
After many years of working together, Kinepolis Event Center remains our favorite and permanent location in Antwerp. The combination of the comfortable cinema rooms, the Hollywood hall and the Seminar Center makes it the perfect location for our annual conferences. Moreover, we always enjoy the excellent service where no question is too much. Absolutely recommended!
