The multi-tenant property is situated on the corner of 16th Street and The Monon Trail, a popular pedestrian thoroughfare. It's home to some of Indianapolis’ most well-loved and recognized businesses, including Hotel Tango Distillery and Provider Coffee. Featuring uninterrupted skyline views, original exposed brick walls, wooden beams, and industrial windows, Tinker House remains true to its history. Still, modern amenities abound. Suitable for weddings, corporate events, and social events, Tinker House can comfortably accommodate up to 200 seated guests and 230 standing guests.
