800 Congress is a downtown Austin event venue located on historic Congress Avenue with views of the Paramount & State Theaters and the Capitol building. The 5,800 square foot event space features an open warehouse look that’s industrial yet polished with original exposed brick and foundation walls, a covered street-level terrace, and a state-of-the-art A/V system. It can accommodate a total of 600 people standing or 300 seated and comes with a lot of amenities, such as an onsite venue manager, bars, projectors, Wi-Fi, tables, onsite parking, and much more. Catering is done by Parkside Projects. This company offers full-service catering with a variety of menu options. However, 800 Congress also allows outside catering. A full-service caterer is required. All outside caterers must provide staff and stay for the entirety of the event, including set up and clean up.
