CEO OR DGA You are DGA or CEO. I think a CEO is different from a DGA. The CEO ultimately determines his own premium by the transition payment. And that's great, you're a CEO, but it's not your money. And if you as a DGA, it is your money. If you have to call the bank because you are tight at the end of the month and your staff can no longer pay. Or because you are going through your overdraft because, I know what, you have a stomach ache! That hurts. A CEO does not have that. WHO COACH THE DGA? Be open to it, you don't know everything better yourself. You need people around you. I also catch myself that I haven't always done that, but I know in the back of my mind. I need an advisor, someone to coach me. CEO OF DGA
Je bent DGA of CEO. Ik vind een CEO anders dan een DGA. De CEO bepaalt uiteindelijk zijn eigen oprotpremie, door de transitievergoeding. En dat is mooi, je bent CEO, maar het is niet jouw geld. En als jij als DGA, het is wel jouw geld. Als je de bank moet bellen omdat je eind van de maand toch krap zit en je personeel niet meer kan betalen. Of omdat je door je rekening-courant krediet heen gaat omdat, weet ik veel wat, dan heb jij buikpijn! Dat doet zeer. Dat heeft een CEO niet.
WIE COACH DE DGA?
Sta er open voor, je weet niet alles zelf beter. Je hebt mensen om je heen nodig. Ik betrap mezelf er ook wel op dat ik dat niet altijd gedaan heb, maar in mijn achterhoofd wel weet. Ik heb een adviseur nodig, iemand die mij coacht.
