CLC-VECTA renews visual identity

After more than 10 years, CLC-VECTA is renewing its visual identity with a powerful, contemporary visual that symbolizes who the association is today: an inspiring knowledge partner that connects and stimulates entrepreneurship within the live communication industry.


From activities to identity

“The association is a substantive, inspiring and strategic connector. The previous visual, developed in 2013, colorfully and in detail depicted the diversity of the members of CLC-VECTA and what live communication is. The starting point was the business activities of the members, not who we are as an association,” says Dineke Philipse, association manager CLC-VECTA.


The new visual is no longer a reflection of the members' business activities, but of the identity and core values of the association itself: inspiring, connecting, enterprising and knowledge partner. "And in fact also of its members; inspiring entrepreneurs with expertise who connect with each other within the CLC-VECTA community."


Abstract and layered

The new corporate identity visual is abstract and layered, with elements that touch, flow over and together form new patterns. In addition to the core values, the image also symbolizes the emergence of new ideas and initiatives. But with the characteristic multi-coloredness that suits CLC-VECTA and its members. The visual will become a permanent part of the corporate identity and communication of the association, in which a video has been chosen, for example on the website and in presentations, and a 'still' for example for socials and printed matter.


Creative trajectory with Giraffes4Zebras

For the design process, various creative agencies were consulted. Giraffes4Zebras was chosen because of their extensive experience with trade associations and their strong sense of identity and story. The agency was able to translate the DNA of CLC-VECTA into a visual that is both recognizable and innovative.
