The collaboration with your organization and with your representatives in particular (both Ella and Luc, the projectionist) went excellently. Small issues that always arise when preparing such an event were picked up very smoothly and flexibly and were dealt with in good mutual consultation. it was very nice to work together:
During the show there was one nuisance that we could not solve properly and that concerned the use of the wireless microphones. We noticed that the connection was regularly lost, which reduced the quality of the presentation: We suspect that this is the result of the wireless microphone used. technology: the microphones may have been hindered by the many other wireless devices in the hall, such as visitors' smartphones: Transmitters with a different wireless frequency can solve this:
Furthermore, if the projection room were also often used as a presentation room, we would recommend that you provide some more theater techniques, in particular controllable lighting: That would be a great added value:

Summer event Pollet Pool Group
It was not the first time that we as a company organized a customer event, but for myself it was the first time that I participated in this. I am very satisfied with the cooperation we had with Radar: very friendly people, clear communication, clear agreements, were always ready to answer our questions.
The location was very good: easily accessible and there was sufficient parking for our customers. Parking staff were appointed by Radar (at our request) and they managed this in the right direction.
On the evening of the event itself, 2 people were present to assist us and immediately solve the small problems that arose.
