Client Event - March 2024
We hosted an event at the De Montil on behalf of a client and it was a great success! Kim and her team were super helpful in the lead up to the event and the staff onsite during the event were brilliant, efficient and professional. Their support in ensuring that the event ran smoothly and without any issue meant that the client was extremely happy at the end of the day. The venue is spacious and beautiful and can be used for various event types. Their onsite AV supplier, Play, were also fantastic and really supported our every need when it came to the AV requirements to add a real professionalism to the event. We look forward to hosting an event there in the future.

Another successful staff event in De Montil
After a successful staff event (meeting with subsequent BBQ) in September 2023, we were again very satisfied with our New Year's staff event (meeting incl. reception and walking dinner) in January. Very smooth organization of the entire event for a very large group (including breakout rooms), which is not always easy. Once again, very good service and the necessary flexibility were demonstrated. Finally, the catering was again very much appreciated. In short, tip top condition again!

We organized our staff party at the Montil and we were very satisfied with the collaboration! Everything was followed properly and correctly, everyone was ready to help and nothing was too much. All this always with a smile and a kind word. I have also heard only positive reactions from colleagues about the location (which was very beautiful), the organization (which was excellent) and the food (I would happily drive to Affligem again for your lasagna :)).
