Who is Krista Davelaar?

Freelance project manager with organizational talent, an eye for detail and a sense of proportion. Extensive experience in starting up, leading and successfully completing projects in an environment with a high workload. My attitude is flexible and service-oriented and is characterized by a pragmatic approach with an eye for the result. My qualities are expressed in situations where setting priorities and switching quickly are necessary. I find a pleasant working atmosphere important and I like approach and honesty.

• Purchasing and negotiation with suppliers, managing the export, such as caterer, location, deco, AV, entertainment and hospitality

• Event communication, such as invitations, signing and branding
• Collaborating with technical production, making operational agreements
• Prepare and monitor planning and scenario
• Provide briefings for all parties involved
• General management in the construction and dismantling and export
