Frank, this is not really correct of you. You should have just notified us in time. In all these years we have NEVER delivered wristbands late because I know this is important. If you only contact us after the event that this was not delivered and even was not delivered several days after the expected delivery date, then we will indeed not be able to help you anymore. Had you even let us know something on the day of the event, we could have helped you!

nlFrank, dit is niet echt correct van jou. Je had ons gewoon tijdig moeten verwittigen. We hebben op al die jaren nog NOOIT polsbandjes te laat geleverd omdat ik weet dat dit belangrijk is. Als je ons pas na het evenement contacteert dat dit niet geleverd werd en zelf na verschillende dagen na de vermoedelijke leverdatum niet werd geleverd, dan kunnen we je inderdaad niet meer helpen. Had je ons zelfs de dag van het evenement nog iets laten weten, dan hadden we je nog kunnen helpen!
