Landgoed de Horst is an inspiring location where you can meet, brainstorm and learn just 20 minutes from Utrecht. The estate has 30 different areas with plenty of outdoor space, spread over several buildings, all with a warm and authentic atmosphere. You can fully enjoy the beautiful nature because almost all rooms are on the ground floor, almost all with their own terrace.

There is a large hall on the estate, which offers possibilities for congresses, events, lectures and theater and music performances. The Maitland conference room is intimate with 100-150 people and can accommodate up to 275 people. It is a multifunctional space where the stand can be folded, it has a flexible wall and a stand on the roof. Maitland is equipped with audiovisual equipment and a lift so that the space is accessible to everyone.

You can also stay overnight at Landgoed de Horst. We have 73 1-person bedrooms with private bathrooms and 40 2-person luxury hotel rooms. These together form a surprising experience to spend the night in peace and comfort in the forests of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Ideal when you have a multi-day meeting or want to avoid traffic jams.

Energetic, vital and above all delicious food! Our chefs use sustainable, often organic and mostly regional products in our internationally oriented kitchen. Finally, art is an important element on the location. The estate is decorated with poetry, objects, images, photos and other art forms.
