Cryotherapie + aquakine
We have already been able to enjoy the combination cryotherapy followed by aquakine a few times. First of all, we found the personal and professional reception / guidance of Christine and Eric respectively very pleasant. In addition, cryotherapy gave our body and mind a fun, energetic boost, after which the aqua spinning - on professional aquabikes - was even more beneficial. In short, a fun and satisfying experience from -80 to + 30 degrees.

Vooreerst vonden we de persoonlijke en professionele ontvangst/begeleiding van respectievelijk Christine en Eric heel aangenaam. Bovenop gaf de cryotherapie ons lichaam en geest een leuke, energieke boost waarna de aquaspinning - op professionele aquabikes - nog meer deugd deed. Kortom, een leuke en deugddoende ervaring van -80 naar + 30 graden.
