This company is a totally scammer!
This year about 3000 euros revenue was missing from us on one weekend, they promised me to fix it within a few days but no answer over 4 months.
They kept ignoring my message and when answered saying there were no such a payment, even though they confirmed and promised at the location of the event.
I'm still waiting their answer and payment but not yet happened, they are still trying to reduce the amount to pay me back, they will keep the rest in their pocket I suppose.
I am completely fed up with their way of business, seriously hoping never working with them again....

Very bad service
purchased a new cash register system, nice system, is easy to put together but... if you have a problem it is not solved, you are sent from pillar to post, promise to call back, is not done. You stand in the queue for hours and you are simply not spoken to, if you send an email with a complaint there is no response. If you put a review on Google they can respond with nice words, like that they solve certain matters as quickly as possible, it is too sad for words, we have been working on a problem for months, and they dare to calmly respond to Google, that they are working on it and will solve it as soon as possible. They must have too few staff, and those who work probably cannot do better or faster but it is really terrible! Never buy a cash register system here! Because you will not get to speak to anyone again, only if you go to the selection menu for a new cash register system, then they pick up immediately! Worthless company!

nieuw kassasysteem aangeschaft, mooi systeem, zit handig in elkaar maar…… als je een probleem hebt word het niet opgelost, je word van kastje naar de muur gestuurd, beloven terug te bellen, word niet gedaan. Uren sta je in de wachtrij en je word gewoon niet te woord gestaan, als je een mail stuurt met een klacht word er niet gereageerd. Als je een revieuw op Google zet kunnen ze wel reageren met mooie woorden, als dat ze bepaalde zaken zo snel mogelijk oplossen, het is te triest voor woorden, maanden lang zijn we al bezig met een probleem, en zij durven rustig te reageren op Google, dat ze er mee bezig zijn en het zo spoedig mogelijk zullen verhelpen. Ze zullen we te weinig personeel hebben, en degene die werken kunnen waarschijnlijk niet beter of sneller maar het is echt verschrikkelijk! Koop hier nooit een kassasysteem! Want je krijgt niet weer iemand te spreken, alleen als je in het keuzemenu gaat voor een nieuw kassasysteem, dan pakken ze meteen op! Waardeloos bedrijf!
