Cooking workshops and Tastings

If you want to do something fun on the weekend or during the week with colleagues, friends, family or company outings, that is all possible. Because cozy cooking and tasting at a cooking workshop is also eating out at the same time. Travel and experience the Indonesian, Limburse or Mediterranean cuisine with me. These kitchens have special flavors, spices and also delicious dishes, you will love the taste from these kitchens. And the unique cooking locations, such as the Old Bakery of the Poortgebouw at Kasteel Schaloen here can accommodate a maximum of 20 people or De Poort van Herle here can accommodate a maximum of 15 people. The Schaloen Castle can accommodate up to 30 people. I would like to welcome you to one of the cooking workshops and test rows. While enjoying a theme, a suitable snack and a drink will be served. And you will be taken into an experience of Eastern or Mediterranean kitchens to learn different cooking techniques from the trade. The cooking workshops will take approximately 4 hours and include drinks (various soft drinks, beer, red, white wine, coffee and tea).

Would you like to have an evening dinner with friends without having to spend hours in the kitchen yourself? No shopping in advance? Would you like to enjoy the convenience of a private chef? I would like to cook for you! Your own restaurant at home! The menu is selected and discussed in advance. I do my shopping, take care of all the preparations and I also bring all cooking materials myself. So you don't have to worry about it. A delicious meal is on the table at the agreed time. Of course I explain at the table what you and your guests are going to eat and which ingredients are included. A personal experience in a homely atmosphere!
