A stone's throw from the Botanical Gardens, Area 42 is located in the prestigious former RTT building – one of the last projects by architect Michel Polak. Few contemporary locations offer such a grand and impressive setting in the heart of Brussels, with a convivial mix of atmospheres and an unprecedented modularity.

On the two floors you will roll from one surprise to the next and there is room for events from 100 to 900 people

There are 4 modular spaces:

AREA 1: an equipped conference room (270 m2)

AREA 2: a reception area (360 m2)

AREA 3: three modular meeting rooms (300 m2)

AREA 4: an exhibition space (420 m2 or 520 m2)

And furthermore: A car park with 20 spaces during the day and 120 spaces from 5.30 pm and at weekends, Two storage rooms, A semi-equipped kitchen, Two equipped cloakrooms, A delivery area of 20 m in front of the building.
