Theater Ins Blau is the flat-floor theater of Leiden.
On the edge of the historic centre of Leiden with ample parking next door, Theater Ins Blau is the intimate venue for small-scale gatherings of 10 to 200 people.
The theatre has 1 theatre hall with 200 seats, professional theatre technology with presentation equipment such as a projector, film screen and a live stream set.
For smaller presentations or meetings there is space in the foyer or in one of the studios.
In addition to space for meetings and events, the theater offers a broad program of theater, dance, cabaret, music theater and family performances. In its production house, the theater offers new makers space to create their own performance. Theater Ins Blau also offers its theater hall and studios for performances, lessons and rehearsals for amateur dancers, musical stars and actors.
In September 2012, Theater Ins Blau opened its doors on the Haagweg in Leiden.
Theater Ins Blau is affiliated with the Green Stages covenant. In 2016, investments were made in sustainability, including LED theater lights in the hall, waste separation, reducing the use of paper and biodegradable cleaning products.
