Fresh products

Our catering is based on delicious fresh products. For example, our frittata and shawarma are made from legumes and mushrooms that we transform into a completely new experience, and our gnocchi starts the day as a potato. We make the hummus fresh, we blend all the spice mixes ourselves and so on. For our soups we rely on recipes that we have developed ourselves.


Vegetables in the leading role

Call it vegan or plant-based. We just try to make meals with vegetables in the leading role. Because that produces incredibly fun and tasty dishes. And that can also mean that you see animal products acting as extras. We don't rule anything out completely. But if you want, we can certainly cook completely plant-based. Just as we can take into account a nut allergy, or a gluten intolerance or a mustard aversion.
