team building & learning experience where your team can experience new insights and ways of agile collaboration in practice.
This 1/2 day workshop is a mix of theory, practice, fun, connection and experience. Under the guidance of an experienced agile coach and chef, the team will plan and cook their 3-course menu according to the popular scrum recipe from an agile mind-set.
For teams of minimum 4 and maximum 14 people who want to grow and further develop their potential strength and impact.
With TEAM ENERGY DYNAMICS your team becomes aware of their current energy, carrying capacity and balance. They identify their main stressors, energy drains, blockages and tensions.
They discuss their most important drivers, their energy givers. Everyone formulates in a constructive and positive way the stories they find important to be able to work together as a high-performance team.
