With our oyster baskets, old zinc buckets, glove and knife we sail, so to speak, between your guests and crack the freshest, fullest oysters from Zeeland. How do we know that? We are actively involved in the operation of the oyster farm ourselves?

Lemon, freshly ground pepper, roasted soya... we have everything you need hanging on our leather apron. And the most popular drink? Absolut, our own infused Swedish vodka with three ingredients straight from the North Sea. Do you dare a tiny shot in your empty shell?

Not a fan of oysters? No problem! But your guests definitely deserve an extra tasty treat on your big day.

Our food truck, 'the Cabane on wheels' is also there for you with oysters or MOWI salmon grilled in the traditional Swedish way over an open fire, Loimulohi.
