From the first contact I had a good feeling about the personal contact with the Weticket team. It was recently confirmed that we made a good choice. It is around half past five when we receive an e-mail from someone who wants to book tickets: the ticket module is not working and that this is a busy time for us. So panic. Sent an email to Weticket and sure enough, even after five hours there was a quick response. I got a call. Explained the situation and about half an hour later, around 6.30pm, our booking module was 'up and running' again. What a top service!

Fine platform with sufficient options, but an even more pleasant support for small stages as well
Looking for a party to do the ticket sales for our series of living room concerts. After a lot of testing we ended up with WeTicket. Advantages are the low price and transparent structure of the price, the fact that you can withdraw donations with a freely selectable amount, the clear interface and options. But especially the support and enthusiasm of WeTicket is very nice to notice. If you ask questions, the answers will come quickly, completely and in a friendly manner, even if you don't sell 10k tickets per year.
Are there no disadvantages at all? Yes, but I believe that all the 'shortcomings' of version 1 will be addressed in version 2. For me these are being able to view the PDF and also put a logo on it and the payment provider's requirement to have a business bank account . Both have been temporarily resolved and I look forward to version 2 and a great collaboration.

We ticket is a good and cheap ticket provider where you as an organizer can arrange everything you need in a ticket shop. If there are problems, there are short lines with we ticket and it is solved immediately. Very customer friendly!

Easy and professional
Recently organized an event for the first time through WeTicket. After a personal explanation from an employee, the entire event was set up smoothly in a few hours. Afterwards only ease of use despite the professional functions and possibilities. Very satisfied! Next time I will definitely use WeTicket again and I recommend this company to everyone.
Perfect Ticketing System
WeTicket is easy to set up and details of various events can easily be added. Inserting appropriate images is also easy. Even if you have several events on 1 day at various locations, WeTicket is very suitable.
The feedback to visitors is easy to set up by means of personal e-mail. And the organization can also see who ordered what, when, and when. Cancellation of ordered tickets can be done manually by the organization. We used this system during the Weesperzijde festival 2022 in Amsterdam. And we are very satisfied with it. Recommended!
Clear and accessible ticket service!

Innovative, fast and customer-oriented
WeTicket was founded based on the wishes of the customer at a time when a lot was demanded from institutions but also from our guests. It is practically and simply furnished with always eyes and ears focused on our activity. We as a user regularly receive solicited and unsolicited advice and there are always new developments for simpler use or more information from the system.

The contact with WeTicket is very nice. If there is something that is missing for us within the current system, they are quick and happy to think along to further develop the platform together so that it works again for both parties. This is very nice! They often come with nice updates.
Fast and helpful
This summer we decided to work with an online ticket system and WeTicket quickly came out on top in terms of affordability and user-friendliness. The POS was very useful and efficient — its connection with our smartphones was effortless and people’s payments were processed seamlessly.
The pick-up and drop-off of the machine was very smooth. Communication with the Weticket team was great, flexible, and friendly.
The only inconvenience were the applications on our phone — we had to toggle between the Weticket and Weticket 2.0 apps to scan the pre-paid tickets and to charge door sale tickets.
