LinkDistrict Haacht is a multifunctional building that can be used for board meetings, workshops, meetings, team buildings, photo shoots, recordings, exhibitions and events.
We would like to welcome you to our ultra-modern building with high-quality furnishings and the latest technological gadgets such as home automation, smart screens, smart boards with LED Touch, air conditioning and climate control, access control, gigabig internet. The interior of the building is very flexible thanks to high-quality adjustable and movable tables, seats and poufs. You can create a new meeting setup in just 5 minutes.
The entire building has a capacity of max. 30 people. Ideal for smaller groups of 16 to 20 people. and small-scale events.
You have 6 modular rooms , a beautiful terrace and a large garden at your disposal.
Ground floor:
- Macchiato: 16 pers. in meeting format / 30 pers. in theater style
- Cappuccino: 8 pers. in meeting format.
- Ristretto: 6 pers. in meeting format
- Macchiato + Cappuccino + Ristretto: large open space of 66m2 by combining 3 rooms (ideal for small-scale customers/networking events)
- Coffee corner: 8 pers.
- Terrace & Garden: with garden lounge
Top floor:
- Americano: 18 pers. in meeting format
- Espresso; 4 people - coaching studio
- Sanitary facilities: space for showering
The building and the green surroundings of Haacht are ideal for original team building activities. We are happy to supervise your indoor or outdoor team building activities from A to Z. For connecting and inspiring team challenges tailored to your team, we work together with our own training company BoostFactor, specialized in team & culture development. We also have 4 walks that depart from the LinkDistrict building, ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour. These walks can be combined with unique team challenges along the way. A golf initiation is also possible.
Treats, lunches, breakfast thanks to the best caterers in the area.
All rooms have natural light. The building has a beautiful garden if you want to enjoy nature or have a meeting outside.

Link District Haacht
In recent months I have been able to attend 4 sessions in Link District Haacht, each lasting half a day. Every time we have been received very warmly by Inge. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The breakfast we enjoyed was super tasty and something surprisingly different every time. Thank you Inge for giving us an insight into the years of expertise you have built up. Definitely keep it up!

Team day
Together with colleagues we held a teambuilding day at Linkdistrict. It is a beautiful, sleek and modern location. Super good reception from the hostess Inge and also for preparations she communicated clearly and quickly. Breakfast came fresh from the bakery and sandwiches at lunch were also fine. When asked about possibilities for an extra team activity, Inge suggested a golf initiation at the golf club in Keerbergen, after which she also did the necessary to record this herself. Overall a great day!
Meeting in a relaxing environment
A beautiful meeting location with a very attentive hostess. The meeting rooms are nicely furnished and fully equipped. Good lunch, refreshments and a wide choice of drinks. Nice relax zone in the garden. To be repeated.

Sales Training, 3 days away from home and yet at home
With about 15 sales, we were here on training to immerse ourselves in new techniques for 3 days.
And this was perfectly possible at this location. Modern infrastructure, good reception, good catering, ..... everything was in perfect order. The flexibility of the hostess to make everything go as desired for us was greatly appreciated. We had a very nice training here.
Link District Haacht
LinkDistrict had just opened its doors. We were the first to be able to enjoy this location for our two-day Sales Meeting. A very positive experience for us. A stylish modern concept, ideal for business in a friendly atmosphere. Careful breakfast, delicious lunch and last but not least, a sympathetic hostess with an eye for the needs of her customers. Highly recommended!
Location with many possibilities
A few weeks ago, our team had a teambuilding event in Haacht. In the morning we had a relaxing outdoor golf initiation, after which we had a nice lunch and introduction to Insights Discovery in the LinkDistrict building. This modern building offered a lot of possibilities during this team building, there were several rooms present that could be very quickly modulated into larger and/or smaller rooms. Very easy to reach and with charging stations available so that you can already charge the car during the visit. In short, recommended!

I was already allowed to stay in Linkdistrict 2 times for workshops and consultations. A beautiful building with different spaces and a contemporary outdoor garden. Everything is very modern with all the gadgets and facilities for hybrid working, meeting, learning and development. Inge is a warm hostess who is very concerned that you have a good time.

You can expect a super warm welcome from Inge here. If you want to organize your business meeting here, you will find yourself in a beautiful building, very modern but with a cozy homely atmosphere. All technical facilities for your meetings and conferences are available here. Are you hungry or thirsty, there is a filled fridge with drinks ready for you and Inge arranges catering for a healthy lunch and/or reservations in the local restaurants.
in short, for me this has been a great visit as an event management student to get to know a top location that I will certainly not forget in my further career!

Team building WB&E
LinkDistrict has served as a fantastic location and setting for my company's team building activities.
A nice package was offered with a golf initiation in Kampenhout, a delicious light lunch at noon, an Insights session on effective communication within the team, a preview of the future of the company and finally a restaurant within walking distance in the center of Haacht. .
It was also important for us to work COVID-proof and that is why we also made full use of the available garden, on top of the strong ventilation system that is present in the building anyway.

Super location in Haacht
We chose Linkdistrict as a location for a photo shoot, and we really liked it. The preparatory contacts went smoothly, we were received very kindly by Inge, received all the explanations and were then able to fully devote ourselves to our photo shoot. We chose this location for its warm and professional appearance, and these expectations were fully met, the photos on the website effectively correspond to what the building is like. The weather did not allow us to use the garden, but it is certainly an added value for an event or training when the weather is good! A gem in Haacht, definitely worth discovering.

We hebben voor Linkdistrict gekozen als locatie voor een fotoshoot, en dat is ons zeer bevallen. De voorbereidende contacten verliepen vlot, we werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Inge, kregen alle uitleg en konden ons dan volop aan onze fotoshoot wijden. We hebben voor deze locatie gekozen voor de warme en professionele uitstraling, en deze verwachtingen werden helemaal ingevuld, de foto's op de website komen effectief overeen met hoe het gebouw is. Het weer liet niet toe om de tuin te gebruiken, maar voor een event of opleiding is deze bij goed weer zeker een meerwaarde ! Een pareltje in Haacht, zeker de moeite waard om te ontdekken.
