Safety is a necessity for every event
No event can afford safety risks. That is why To B-seen has been providing professional safety advice and support for the media and events sector for more than 15 years. Among other things, we secure events through a thorough risk analysis and safety coordination. Our mission is to create safe events. Our support is tailor-made and focuses on 3 areas:
- Providing safety advice and support for the safety organization towards the event

Safety tour with Police and Fire brigade / First Aid
Drawing up guidelines for catering and other suppliers

Certainly by giving employees of small and larger event agencies a professional training, we offer great added value for the sector. Because safety starts with knowledge. And we are the specialist to transfer that knowledge to people from all over the sector.
From U2 to BASF
The knowledge we have built up over the years is enormous. We know how we can ensure that your event is also optimally protected against all types of risks.
For example, we have secured a lot of company events and during the summer we are active at city festivals, public concerts and larger pop concerts by Robbie Williams, Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen and U2. We have also been involved in the construction and events of the TV program 'My Restaurant' for several years.

How do we work? Simple. The organization or event agency designs the complete concept and To B-seen offers the support to realize this concept in reality. For this we work in a problem-solving way and we really take tasks and responsibilities from the customer. The safety hatch is becoming increasingly important at an event, and you can leave that care to us with confidence.
Preparation of safety file
For every event of any size, a safety file is needed for the police, fire brigade, Red Cross, city services, ... This file combines, among other things, the safety measures, risk analysis and emergency scenarios of your event. To B-seen can take over this task for you. We offer complete support in terms of security coordination & organization for events. This is unknown territory for many organizers, which is why we are happy to share our know-how with our customers. We make clear agreements in advance, a detailed quotation that is offered as a menu and a plan of action with concrete deadlines.
